Description

Carrick Unravelled is our early drinking offering for Pinot Noir lovers. It has all the care and attention of the other Pinots, but bottled earlier with less new oak.

 

The wine is attractively fruited and inviting on the nose showing dark cherry, floral, fragrant spice and toasted almond characters with a touch of savoury mushroom. It s juicy, fleshy and lingering on the palate with succulent fruit flavours, elegantly framed by polished tannins, making it comforting and very tasty.
